Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
- United States: orders ship from our US warehouse and usually arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.
- Canada, Australia and New Zealand: delivery usually takes longer than US delivery. Your tracking number will show the estimated arrival date.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or holidays.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before it ships.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at shimiken2093@gmail.com and we will help you.

Customs and duties
For orders outside the United States, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
