Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your KeDoshi tights. If something isn't right, here is how we help.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong color or size, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund - your choice. You do not need to pay for return shipping.

Change of mind
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, tights that have been worn or washed cannot be returned unless they are defective. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.

How to start a return
Email shimiken2093@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
